Logan Conservation Selected for annual WFD setup
The Missouri Outdoor Club selects Logan Conservation Area for a 2nd year in a row.
The Missouri Outdoor club selects William R. Logan Conservation Area for a 2nd year in a row for Winter Field Day (WFD).
Club President, Gregory Reavis (w0kng) and club Secretary, Adam Menne (w7fiz) surveyed the area recently and took measurements. Adam stated, "The location will work well for a full-size, 180-meter loop antenna.
Plans continue to be made with additional tents being purchased to support social distancing as required by the Missouri Dept. of Conservation. Excitement is running high in the club this year due to improving band conditions.
