New Location Secured for WFD Setup
Travis Hambach (W0DTM) makes family farm available for WFD
Due to a late change to the club's permit at William R. Logan Conservation Area, a new area was needed for WFD 2021. Travis Hambach offered up his family farm as a possible location.
Adam Menne (w7fiz) and Tim Robnett (w0trr) surveyed the property earlier today and selected an area that will be ideal for the club's WFD plans. Adam took measurements and was able to use trees and some existing masts for the 180-meter loop antenna.
The club was humbled and impressed with Travis' graciousness and thankful for the use of the property.
